CallKeeper provides an AI-powered phone answering service for Australian tree services businesses. When you use our website (callkeeper.com.au) or subscribe to our service, you interact with Finchley Park Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 93 873 490 603), trading as CallKeeper, a company registered in Australia.

2. What Information We Collect
2.1 Website Visitors
When you visit callkeeper.com.au, we may collect basic analytics data (pages visited, time on site, browser type, approximate location by country or state) and any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
2.2 Subscribers (CallKeeper Customers)
When you subscribe to CallKeeper, we collect your account information (name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address), payment information processed securely by Stripe, your business configuration data used to set up your AI receptionist, call transcripts and SMS summaries, and voice recordings of calls handled by your AI receptionist. Callers are notified at the start of each call that the call may be recorded.
2.3 Callers to Your AI Receptionist
When a member of the public calls a number answered by CallKeeper on your behalf, the call may be recorded and transcribed. The caller's phone number and any information they provide (name, address, job details) is captured and sent to you as the subscriber. Callers are informed at the start of the call that it may be recorded.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the CallKeeper service, configure and personalise your AI receptionist, send you call summaries and transcripts, process subscription payments, respond to support requests, improve our service, and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your call data or transcripts to train AI models for use by other customers without your explicit consent.
4. Call Recording and Australian Law
CallKeeper operates in compliance with the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 (Cth) and applicable state surveillance laws. All calls answered by your CallKeeper AI receptionist include an automated disclosure at the start of the call informing callers that the call may be recorded. By continuing the call after this disclosure, callers consent to recording.
As the subscriber, you are responsible for ensuring your use of CallKeeper complies with the laws applicable to your business and your customers' locations. CallKeeper provides the technical tools to support compliance but does not warrant compliance for any specific jurisdiction beyond the standard Australian disclosure included in all call flows.
5. Sharing Your Information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in Australia or in jurisdictions with equivalent privacy protections. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
7. Your Rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate or out-of-date information, request deletion of your personal information (subject to our legal obligations), and complain to us about how we have handled your personal information.
